Missoni for Target Craze a new Crave

Like most of us I, too, wanted to wrap my fingers around the Missioni for Target Collection. When I first saw the ad spot on t.v. I had to tivo it and watch on slow motion to pick out exactly every item I intended on purchasing. I even made my boyfriend schedule a reminder on his phone for early Tuesday morning in the event that something happened to my phone. I didn't have work on Tuesday so there should have been nothing to stand in my way of getting my Missoni. Well, except for the five mojoito's I had the previous night.

It was laundry night, which obviously meant I had to have a few cocktails which somehow lead to us and a few neighbors doing karaoke; but whatever I'm young. We ended up waking at 11:30am, which lead to a mad dash to a seeming less empty Target. EVERYTHING WAS GONE. We were told there were some plates left... Adorably cute and optimistic as my boyfriend is he suggested we just order what I wanted online--which happened to be an even bigger let down because Target's site had crashed multiple times that day! But, Ebay.com had items at ridiculously inflated prices.

Shoes that were sold for $25 at Target were available at a starting bid of $98!!!! Please tell me no one actually fell for this!!??? I am just going to wait and see if I have any luck with when they get new shipments in.

So for my advice to those that can't wait. There are quite a few brands that range in price if your itching for that iconic zig-zagged look.

I love Oilily. I can't quite carry it off collectively but when worn as separates it definitely has a distinctive    look with bold colors and distinctive styles much like Missioni.

If your not looking to spend a fortune for a blouse, my all-time favorite website, Lulu's, carries an array of bold patterns and colors at reasonable prices.

That is going to have to be it for now because I am actually supposed to be getting dressed to go to dinner with my boyfriend, whom will be walking in the door in approximately 30 minutes. As you get to know and love me you will learn that it takes me absolutely FOREVER to get dressed.  So ta tah for now!
